There's a slider in the Audacity interface that lets you adjust the playback or ‘Playhead' speed. This means you can listen back through your recordings faster, so it can save you a lot of time. One downside here is that it turns the speaker into a chipmunk. This isn't permanent, though, and it won't sound like that in your finished episode!
