Stock Music

Using Stock Music

The next option is to go for paid stock music. This is where you pay a fee to download and use a tune. In exchange you don’t have to attribute, and you’ll normally get something which is a little higher quality, and certainly less commonly used.

You have to watch out for the license which comes along with this type of music, as some put restrictions on the number of downloads you’re allowed, or the context in which you can use it. But, my favoured provider doesn’t have any such restrictions: The Music Bakery.

With the music bakery you can use the music in any context and don’t have to worry about how popular you become. They have a big selection of high quality music, so you’re bound to find something you like.

You can generally find a decent piece of stock music for between $10 and $30.
